Product Description
This product is complex and strong to the pallet and nose, like that of the fresh Alma Truffle. Our White Truffle oil is made with extra virgin oil and is double infused with White Truffles. This process utilizes both the fresh truffles and their natural gases, which produce a strong consistent product. We suggest using this product in a spritzer and finishing off any dish (filet mignon, pasta, steamed vegetables) right before serving.
