Product Description

Description: Large shelved clusters with rich flavor, excellent firm texture, and long shelf life makes this highly desired.

Cultivation: Sterilized sawdust supplemented (20-30% rice/wheat bran)

Incubation: Primary incubation is 70-75┬░F, 2 weeks for colonization, antlers/knobs form at week 8-10. Allow them to get large, but not elongate too much. When ready (week 10-12) fold bag over, cut bag to release 1-2 knobs to fresh air.

Fruiting: 64-68┬░F, 14-20 days, needs fog or fine mist to reduce bacterial blotch. Maintain high humidity, Release 1-2 large antlers/knobs to fresh air.

Yield: 3/4 -2 lbs on first flush depending on desired size at time of harvest
